We recommend Markus Nussbaum for anyone looking for property. We were working with him to buy a property in Wetzikon. We really liked his calm and helping approach. As I am not from Switzerland and do not speak well German. It was great to have him because he was able to guide us and even help to get support/quotations for repair needed on the property we wanted to buy. I will for sure recommend him.
Since I like to delegate responsibility but still wanted to do some things myself (viewings, for example), I was able to choose my partial steps with Mr. Fortino and only pay for those accordingly. Very reliable and friendly - a professional in this field.
