Real Estate Agents in Hasle LU (6166)

Top Service – sehr zuvorkommend & speditiv.

The handling of the sale of my house went very well from the beginning. During the sale, Mr. Schlösser supported me very well and accompanied me professionally from the start to the notary. I thank Mr. Schlösser for enabling me to sell the property efficiently and effectively thanks to him. I can highly recommend Mr. Schlösser as an expert in real estate sales.

My wife and I entrusted the broker Michael Wollenmann with the sale of our single-family home, which he handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction in every respect. Due to this very positive experience, I subsequently assigned him the task of selling a property belonging to a community of heirs, to which my wife belonged, as the manager of a multi-family house. This marketing process also went wonderfully and perfectly. The two properties were sold at an extremely good price. The processes are designed to be very efficient and customer-oriented. He also impressed us with a professionally and beautifully created sales brochure that presents the property in the best light. The presentation for the online appearance on various platforms, with many photos and a virtual viewing option, centimeter-accurate floor plans, valuable property descriptions, etc., convinces potential interested parties. The planning and execution of visits with interested parties is carried out by Mr. Wollenmann as needed, which was very helpful for us, especially with the many applicants. All tasks, including the preparation of the sales document up to the contract signing at the notary, were carried out diligently and to our complete satisfaction. Compared to other brokers, the price-performance ratio with the flat-rate pricing model is unbeatable. Michael Wollenmann provided us with top service at all times with his competent, professional working style and his friendly manner. We were always informed promptly about the current status of things, and our concerns were addressed immediately – in short, the customer-friendly support can be described as excellent. Therefore, we can wholeheartedly and with a clear conscience recommend Michael Wollenmann with his entire range of brokerage services at any time.
