Mr. Munka brought my rented, furnished 25 sqm 1.5-room apartment to market with great commitment and expertise. The homeowners' association offers a variety of large and very beautiful communal areas, so the usable space significantly exceeds the pure living area. Therefore, and due to the very high-quality furnishings, the purchase price I expected was significantly above the banks' lending value. As a result, the sales mandate was above average demanding. Even after the notarization, Mr. Munka accompanied the handover process professionally and helpfully. I thank him for the successful and good work.
Dear Sir/Madam, We have gladly marked the 5 stars above. He truly deserves them. Our first encounter was at the property. We found Mr. Dammann to be very friendly and competent. During the course of the conversation, we noticed that things were proceeding differently than usual. We did not feel any rush or pressure during the viewing. He created an atmosphere of calm and sympathy, which made things much easier. After the visit with guidance, we had the opportunity to explore the property ourselves. Walking through the property alone is a great advantage. Processing impressions again, without outside ears, discussing, and perhaps already setting up a bit are important points.
