Ms. Tröndle made her first visit in April 2025, and it was immediately clear to us that we would proceed with her for the further process. Crucial was that she took our concern about finding a suitable apartment after the sale seriously and offered us her assistance, unlike the competitor. She implemented this immediately, and we were able to rent an apartment for June 2026 through her mediation as early as July 2025, even though the marketing of our apartment only took place in the fall. This was a great relief for us and meant even more trust in Ms. Tröndle. During the sales process, Ms. Tröndle always provided us with good advice and support with her suggestions and recommendations.
