I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. This is definitely not a given in the real estate sector! I will be very happy to work with Thomas Becker and the GCT team again on future projects.

After the passing of my father, who left us a condominium, I was immensely grateful for the professional and personal support in selling the property. The assistance was incredibly relieving, and it couldn't have been better.
Very professional, customer-oriented, very friendly, solutions for all parties sought and found for optimal satisfaction
The support from Mr. Steiner during the purchase of our apartment was extremely pleasant, helpful, efficient, and very professional. I can only recommend him as an expert.
We were also very satisfied with the appointed broker for this sale! Thomas Bareiss is very reliable, socially competent, and of course, also highly qualified in his field! We can highly recommend Mr. Bareiss, and yes, a move requires a lot of energy. Therefore, we appreciated even more not having to deal with sales modalities ourselves! Thank you, Thomas, you did a great job!

In our collaboration, she was always transparent and reliable, just as one would wish. I felt very well taken care of at all times, as my needs were truly at the center. I would be very happy to work with Ms. Milz and Julius Bär Real Estate again in the future. An unconditional recommendation for anyone who values quality and trust.
