Mr. Zika has very competently accompanied us, focusing on our needs before, during, and after the purchase, tracking and processing the necessary steps at all times. Thank you very much and highly recommended.

We purchased our house through Mr. Milanovic and look back on a consistently positive collaboration. At the beginning, we were unsure if we could even afford the house. Nevertheless, Mr. Milanovic gave us the opportunity to view it and showed us everything at our own pace. Throughout the entire purchasing process, he was very patient, provided us with competent support, and was always available for questions. In the end, everything worked out, and we were able to successfully acquire the house. Our family is very happy with our new home, and we would like to sincerely thank Mr. Milanovic for his dedicated and professional work. We can recommend him at any time.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Markus. We found it easy to trust him from the first meeting onwards. He was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was also independently able to coordinate with my banker to finalize the required documents from the bank. Overall, I would recommend Markus without any hesitation and would look forward to working with him again.

Very competent, reliable, and friendly real estate agent. The consultation was transparent, honest, and easy to understand from the very beginning. Questions were answered quickly and professionally at any time. We were accompanied throughout the entire process, and everything went smoothly and pleasantly. Clear recommendation and would be happy to do it again anytime! Family Idrizi

I was called by Marco after I posted my listing online on Homegate. I was initially a bit skeptical and declined his help. However, since I needed to find a new tenant very quickly, I decided to give it a try. I had 4 applicants for my apartment in one week when I advertised it myself. Marco came by, took pictures of the apartment, created a brochure for the apartment, and listed it on various platforms the same day. He already had 22 applicants on the first day. Marco provided me with very suitable candidates in a very short time, allowing me to re-rent the apartment in just a few days. I wouldn't have managed that alone, and especially not with such a selection of applicants. Marco was extremely fast, reliable, and pre-filtered all the applicants. He saved me so much time and ultimately costs, as I would have had to continue paying rent for the apartment if I hadn't found a new tenant. I was particularly impressed by how determined Marco was to rent out the apartment quickly. I rarely write reviews, but I am truly impressed with his work. I have rarely experienced such great service. I would hire Marco again at any time! A big thank you to Marco for the top-notch work!

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Timur Mazlar from Premium Homes for the excellent support during the sale of our property. From the very first meeting, Mr. Mazlar impressed us with his friendly, competent, and professional manner. His transparent communication, reliability, and always well-groomed and representative appearance are particularly noteworthy. You can immediately tell that he practices his profession with passion. His professionalism and availability are also consistently highlighted positively in other customer reviews. Our sale was anything but easy and required patience and perseverance. However, Mr. Mazlar provided a realistic assessment of the market situation from the very beginning and predicted that the sale could be successfully completed within a year. This is exactly what happened. Throughout the entire process, we felt well advised and always well informed. Thanks to his commitment, market knowledge, and professional support, we were able to successfully sell our property. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Timur Mazlar and thus also Premium Homes, and we would work with him again at any time. Thank you for the excellent support!
