My ex-husband and I initially tried to sell our property ourselves. There was an interested person from our circle of acquaintances who could have been a buyer. In this context, we commissioned Mr. Köppel to draft the purchase agreement. Just before the planned notarization, however, this person unexpectedly backed out. Thanks to the excellently drafted preliminary contract by Mr. Köppel, we were able to successfully charge the incurred costs to the potential buyer and thus did not suffer any financial loss. Since Mr. Köppel was already well aware of the entire situation and had previously supported us competently, we subsequently entrusted him with the sales mandate for the property. In retrospect, this was absolutely the right decision – in hindsight, we should have commissioned him with the entire sales process from the very beginning, which would have saved us a lot of time, effort, and nerves. Mr. Köppel and his team accompanied the sale professionally, structured, and with great commitment. In the end, an even higher sale price was achieved than originally agreed upon with the acquaintance. We sincerely thank him for his tireless efforts and excellent support. Anyone looking to sell their property worry-free, professionally, and successfully is in the best hands with Mr. Köppel and his team.
