Very professional and serious handling of the sale. We would consider Mr. Carlo Di Angelo again for another sale or purchase at any time.

We can wholeheartedly recommend George Haenggi. His work and support in selling our single-family home were outstanding, and he exceeded our expectations in all areas. Mr. Haenggi was always reachable, very quick, and extremely reliable. We were proactively informed about every step, and we always received clear feedback immediately on our inquiries. The collaboration was therefore consistently straightforward and trustworthy. It was the first time we dealt with a home sale, and Mr. Haenggi was absolutely top-notch in how he supported us and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions. He was always there to assist us with advice and action. Mr. Haenggi not only provided us with optimal professional advice but also accompanied us through the entire sales process with great commitment and personal involvement. His excellent support relieved us significantly after the passing of our father, and the entire process went smoothly thanks to his professional guidance. His in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market was crucial for our success. Mr. Haenggi has an excellent ability to realistically assess the market situation and apply the right strategies. His local expertise, especially around the Birsfelden area, led to a very satisfactory conclusion for us. Thank you once again for the outstanding work! We would recommend him at any time!

I received very good advice – competent, transparent, and reliable. The valuation of my property as well as the agreed sale price were adhered to exactly. I was particularly impressed by the great effort of the team throughout the entire sales process. I can definitely recommend the company without reservation!

very pleasant and customer-friendly support during the purchasing process, very responsive and solution-oriented.

When I first interviewed N47 regarding selling my house, they were a refreshing change from the typical aggressive real estate agent. Their straight forward, upfront attitude convinced me that these were the people I wanted to work with. And I wasn't disappointed. Ralph Bieri is an excellent communicator, proactive, open to suggestion, and works tirelessly for the best result. Aside from that, the firm's extended portfolio of financial services rounds up the offer. Very pleased with the results, and highly recommended!

Mr. Jan Tüscher was an absolute stroke of luck for us as sellers. He accompanied us from the beginning to the contract conclusion with high empathy and direct, open communication. We could trust him both as a person and as a professional. He brought high motivation to our special selling situation and proved to be a skilled negotiator. Mr. Tüscher was always reachable during the sales process, so that any questions and problems could be resolved promptly. We are also satisfied that the interests of the seller and buyer could be agreed upon from our perspective. In short, we highly recommend Mr. Tüscher as a broker.

As legal advisors to friends who had engaged the boutique real estate agency Neves Stierle & Horn for the sale of a larger special property, we have witnessed how professionally and amiably the trio has carried out their assignment. Convinced of the qualities of the three ladies, we engaged them for the sale of our own property. They executed the assignment in a short time to our complete satisfaction, both professionally and amiably. We felt well taken care of and supported at every stage of the sale. The buyers also greatly appreciated the collaboration with our agents. The three women accompanied both us as clients and the buyers throughout the entire process with dedication and expertise in a very pleasant manner. We can only highly recommend this team and would engage them again at any time if needed.

We would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent support during the sale of our apartment. Ms. Delija accompanied us throughout the entire process with great commitment, reliability, and transparency. We particularly appreciated her clear communication, her calm and professional demeanor, as well as her good instinct for how a property must be convincingly presented. This was also evident in the high-quality preparation of the sales documents and the entire marketing process. The apartment was attractively staged, prominently positioned on the search platforms, and presented with great care. This created a coherent and convincing appearance from the very beginning. In the crucial sales phase, Ms. Delija impressed with her dedication, sensitivity, and negotiation skills. She represented our interests very well and significantly contributed to us achieving the sales result we had aimed for. Due to this extremely positive experience, we would choose Ms. Delija again at any time and can only highly recommend her.
