Mr. Salda provided us with highly professional and accommodating support from the viewing to the purchase of our beautiful house. All our questions were always answered, and he also supplied us with many contacts and tips. Mr. Salda is an exemplary agent - anytime again.

We are based in Dublin, Ireland, and wanted to rent out our apartment in Baden, Switzerland. For us, the service of Elitehomes AG was very valuable, as it proved to be difficult to rent the apartment from a distance. The agent took care of every step and was very quick and professional. The entire process from our first contact with Elitehomes AG to finding a new tenant took less than 14 days. We are very happy to have found a great new tenant and can recommend Elitehomes AG without hesitation.

During the sale of our single-family home, we became aware of Ms. Vlora Murtezi through neighbors. From the first contact, a trusting relationship was established. Vlora Murtezi guided us through the entire process and offered us helpful recommendations; she was always available and responded promptly to our inquiries. This communicative openness immediately created a relationship of trust, which formed the basis for the good and very pleasant collaboration. The competent and very friendly advice was always objective, whether it was regarding the valuation of the property, the pricing, or the preparation of the sales documentation. Within a short time, viewings of the property could be conducted with three interested parties. With her expert approach, the house was sold in no time at the agreed price. Overall, working with Ms. Vlora Murtezi was a consistently positive experience. We would recommend her without hesitation. We would like to sincerely thank her for her commitment to the sale of the house.

I can highly recommend Velor Immobilien. We were very well taken care of from A to Z and always informed transparently about every step. Thank you!
