We would like to sincerely thank FANTO Immobilien AG and especially Mr. Mario Breitenstein, who accompanied us both in the purchase of our new home and in the sale of our old house. Mr. Breitenstein was extremely professional, dedicated, and always reliable throughout the entire process. He kept us regularly informed, was always reachable, and guided us through all steps with great patience and humanity. We were particularly impressed that he went far beyond his actual duties to support us in the best possible way – with a lot of understanding, empathy, and a genuine interest in ensuring everything went smoothly. Thanks to his support, we felt well taken care of at every stage. A huge thank you – we can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Breitenstein and FANTO Immobilien AG! 🏡✨

We are absolutely thrilled with the work of Ms. Irene Saner. She executed the sale of our apartment extremely professionally and in the shortest time possible. She was always a relief, fulfilled our wishes, and made the entire process smooth. Thanks to her great support, we were able to close quickly and successfully. Absolutely recommendable!

As owners of a single-family home in Hochdorf, of whose hedonic value we were well aware, we were advised from various quarters to handle the sale ourselves. Then, with Urs Witprächtiger, a stroke of fate came into play. In the initial meeting on-site, he showed us how he would market a property like ours and gathered all the information for his market value calculation. He presented this to us in full during the second meeting - note that there was no obligation on our part. His passion, his likability, and his expertise impressed us and convinced us so much that we entered into the power of attorney agreement with him. And what more can we say: Yesterday we sat with the notary and had the sale notarized. The process in between was highly professional and was a success story like no other. ⭐️ Thank you for everything, dear Mr. Witprächtiger. ⭐️

I was accompanied by Edoardo Köppel and Köppel-Legal AG during the sale of my 2.5-room apartment on Rossweid in Sins and was very satisfied with the collaboration. The initial assessment of the apartment and the realistically achievable selling price was understandable, honest, and well-founded. The professional preparation of the sales documents and especially the successful photos made a very good impression. Throughout the entire sales process, Mr. Köppel was reliably reachable, responded quickly, and kept me informed transparently about viewings, feedback, and the next steps. I particularly appreciated his calm and solution-oriented approach with sometimes demanding interested parties, who initially backed out, later agreed again, or tried to significantly lower the price. Mr. Köppel conducted the negotiations consistently and with the necessary sensitivity. Despite these challenges, the apartment was sold at a higher price and without unnecessary complications. I felt well taken care of at all times and can recommend Edoardo Köppel and Köppel-Legal AG without reservation.
