My ex-husband and I initially tried to sell our property ourselves. There was an interested person from our circle of acquaintances who could have been a buyer. The broker responds to the wishes of the clients and tries to fulfill them as best as possible. The marketing strategy was efficient. The purchase price and timeframe were realistic and very close to the final transaction.
