The collaboration with Mehmet Kacan from Fanto Immobilien, Suhr, was very pleasant. Thanks to him, I was able to quickly acquire a condominium. The property listing was very attractively illustrated and described, and the 3D tour was extremely helpful in being able to better envision the apartment. Communication was always maintained, and Mr. Kacan was very dedicated and consistently kept in touch with me whenever there were questions or updates. The notary appointment also went smoothly. Thank you very much for your efforts.

Tilde provided targeted advice to our inheritance community with her empathetic and personal approach. Within a short time (less than 3 months), the property was sold at a fair price (slightly above the externally estimated market value). Her services for us (presentation of the property, support with authority notifications, notarial clarifications, etc.) were always timely and extremely competent. We highly recommend Tilde!

completely competent and honest! simple and fair communication and always friendly and correct

He was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Very professional demeanor and advice. We were very well taken care of in all matters. We were accompanied until the sale/handing over. It was relaxed for us as Mr. Rischgasser took care of and organized all the office visits. Thank you very much for everything.

Uncomplicated, professional, and trustworthy advice and handling of the sale and purchase. Good networking and collaboration with the stakeholders, namely the notary, etc. For the next sale and purchase, we will consider Tilde Salvati again.
