Real Estate Agents in Laupersdorf (4712)

Highly recommended! I was completely satisfied with the support from the real estate agent. The advice was competent, friendly, and reliable. All questions were answered quickly, and the entire process was professional and straightforward. Thank you very much for the excellent support.

Naively and ignorantly, I entrusted the house in Welschenrohr to Mr. Marti. With his enormous expertise and his clear and consistent manner, I immediately had a good feeling. While I was traveling for five weeks, I granted him power of attorney. The house was sold during this time, and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction. Even after the sale, he offered to assist both me and the buyer with any further questions or issues. I sincerely thank Mr. Marti and his wife for everything.

It was a pleasant cooperation and we have learned that to sell land alone is not so easy since banks prefer to give morgages for a house project and land. However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. The cooperation with her was easy since she could understand us and she was supporting us during the discussions with the candidates and took also care of the buyers opinion i.e. both sides where considered positivly during the discussions. For any meeting she was in time i.e. independent of day and time. We can definitly recommend the agent and Carmen Pungillo as partner when land and or real estate will be an issue for a buyer or seller.

Mrs. Messerli and Mr. Stoller conducted the sale of our apartment with great commitment. We were kept informed about the status of things at all times. The collaboration was very warm and focused, it was a lot of fun.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oliver Kocher sold my apartment very professionally, reliably, and efficiently. The advice was competent, and the communication was always clear and pleasant. The collaboration with Ms. Bumbacher and Ms. Pfeiffer was very pleasant and professional from the very beginning. My brother and I always felt well taken care of. The communication was straightforward, reliable, and always friendly. Such a personal and trustworthy collaboration is simply a joy. We would like to sincerely thank you for that and will be very happy to recommend Bumbacher Immobilien.
