From the very beginning of our home purchase, we felt very well supported. Sascha and his team were always friendly, professional, and helpful. We particularly appreciated the straightforward communication and the support throughout the entire purchasing process – from the viewing to the reservation to the preparation of the notarization. Even though many different parties are involved in real estate financing, which often leads to questions or last-minute adjustments, we always felt we had a reliable contact person. Solutions were sought for open points, and support was provided even on short notice. Overall, a very pleasant and personal collaboration. We would recommend Sascha Anker and the team from Immoanker at any time. Thank you for accompanying us on the way to our new home!
Very dedicated and professional. He was always reachable, provided competent advice, and reliably accompanied the entire process. His friendly manner and commitment convinced me. Absolutely recommendable!
Ms. Balzer is a very trustworthy, competent expert, very open and solution-oriented. I am very satisfied with her work and can wholeheartedly recommend her.
We were extremely happy with the level of service that Andreas provided. His dedication, creative ideas, and resilience helped us sell our property despite challenging market conditions. We highly recommend him.
As a first-time buyer, I was a bit anxious about the whole process, but Markus made everything feel easy and straightforward from start to finish, right up to the moment I received the keys to my first home. I found him very friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout. He is professional, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.
In our apartment purchase, it was a sale of the property based on a KESB mandate. We as buyers were asked to submit a purchase offer. Since we had no knowledge of such property purchases, Daniela Weibel supported us greatly in this process. This was also the case when, during the signing of the purchase contract at the Olten-Gösgen office, the assistance regarding a necessary payment became problematic. A big thank you to Daniela Weibel for her support - we can definitely recommend her.
