We lived in Cyprus at the time when we put our house in Zwingen, BL up for sale, and we consciously chose Mr. Mueller after looking around. He seemed very trustworthy, competent, and also impressed us with his documents, was centrally located in Basel, and we had several Zoom sessions until we were back living in Switzerland where we could then meet in person. Mr. Mueller was always reachable for us by phone, Zoom, and respected and implemented our wishes. His response time to our inquiries was pleasantly quick. He also organized craftsmen to connect with our house since we were not living in Switzerland. His encounters with us were filled with joy, empathy, and also competence. Mr. Jan Tüscher was an absolute stroke of luck for us as sellers. He accompanied us from the beginning to the contract conclusion with high empathy and direct, open communication. We could trust him both as a person and as a professional. He brought high motivation to our special selling situation and proved to be a skilled negotiator. Mr. Tüscher was always reachable during the sales process, so that any questions and problems could be resolved promptly. We are also satisfied that the interests of the seller and buyer could be agreed upon from our perspective. In short, we highly recommend Mr. Tüscher as a broker.

It was a pleasant cooperation and we have learned that to sell land alone is not so easy since banks prefer to give morgages for a house project and land. However, Carmen Pungillo supported us to find candidates and we could sell the land approx. after 6 months to a candidate, a young family, and look forward to have them as our new neighbour. The cooperation with her was easy since she could understand us and she was supporting us during the discussions with the candidates and took also care of the buyers opinion i.e. both sides where considered positivly during the discussions. For any meeting she was in time i.e. independent of day and time. We can definitly recommend the agent and Carmen Pungillo as partner when land and or real estate will be an issue for a buyer or seller.

From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!
