Ich habe meine Eigentumswohnung gekauft und war mit der Unterstützung von Frau Nazmije Mernica Sheholli sehr zufrieden. Sie war stets freundlich, kompetent und zuverlässig. Wir haben im Mai 2025 zusammen mit Frau Mernica ein Haus gekauft und sind im Rückblick wirklich froh, dass wir auf sie getroffen sind. Auch sonst war auf sie immer Verlass, sie hat schnell reagiert und war zu jedem Termin bestens vorbereitet. Durch den gesamten Kaufprozess hat sie uns kompetent begleitet, sodass für uns nie Unklarheiten offen blieben. Dass nach dem Kauf noch eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit folgte, mit der wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten, rundete das Ganze ab. Insgesamt war die Zusammenarbeit durchweg professionell und angenehm und wir können Frau Mernica nur weiterempfehlen.
