Real Estate Agents in Känerkinden (4447)

A-Z a promise kept! The initial contact with Ms. Renate Bütler in our house in Buckten was very warm. The palpable passion for this task and the competence of Ms. Renate Bütler gave us great trust right from the start and the feeling of being in the best hands with her. Ms. Bütler took our sales expectations and wishes very seriously. Together, and with Ms. Bütler's extensive sales experience, the house was offered at a market-conform price. Starting from the top sales presentation to financing assistance and the final notarial transfer of ownership, we were able to confidently hand everything over from A-Z into the competent hands of Ms. Bütler. For us, the sale of the house was absolutely stress-free, and we had no doubts about having entrusted the sales order to Ms. Bütler. The successful sale and the very reasonable fee further distinguish this real estate agent. We thank Ms. Bütler from the bottom of our hearts for her tireless commitment, and we will unreservedly recommend her in every case. Furthermore, we wish her continued success and satisfaction in her work. Doris Lüthy, single-family home in Buckten

https://realadvisor.ch/en/real-estate-agents/agent-jennifer-greber/review Ms. Jennifer Greber sold our single-family home on a plot size of 870 m2 at Rosenmattweg 74 in Tenniken from autumn 2024 to mid-2025. The assignment included the preparation, execution, and completion of the real estate sale. Preparation Ms. Greber created a sales documentation with a comprehensive description and meaningful photos. Additionally, she brought the over 50-year-old plans (partially incomplete) into current form and posted the complete package online. Comment: The documentation was absolutely perfect and very pleasant. Execution Ms. Greber organized viewings with potential buyers without our presence. We were always informed in a timely manner about their progress. Comment: With absolute professionalism, Ms. Greber conducted the viewings with the very different potential buyers. We, on our part, were glad that by staying away during the viewings, we could avoid the emotional stress. Completion and Sale Ms. Greber organized the contractual part with the law firm, the purchasing party, and us as sellers until the purchase was completed. Comment: Even in this part, Ms. Greber's professionalism was fully evident. In conclusion We are very convinced of the way Ms. Greber engages in her task and can recommend her without reservation at any time. We are still completely satisfied. Saturday, 30/8/26

We had a very good experience with David Sahli. He helped us buy a house in Basel Landschaft and we were very satisfied from start to finish. Always friendly, helpful, and competent. Thank you very much for everything!

My house is sold, thanks to Mr. David Sahli and REGH! After two other agents failed to sell my house in a total of 3.5 years, David Sahli managed to successfully mediate my property within just 4 months. His commitment was noticeable from day one. First, he had to alleviate my doubts and disappointing experiences. Mr. Sahli achieved this not with many words, but through actions! Even before I signed the contract with REGH, he was already conducting preliminary inquiries. His extremely appealing and clearly organized sales documentation then gave me further insight into what professional work can look like. David Sahli was my responsible contact person throughout the entire process, competently and reliably clarifying my questions and/or uncertainties and informing me verbally or in writing in the shortest possible time. With my 100% job, I had no capacity to also take care of my house sale. David Sahli took all the organizational burdens off my hands. The collaboration was efficient, reliable, and very pleasant. Mr. Sahli, I could trust you and will gladly recommend you with the utmost satisfaction.

Ms. Pungillo helped us very professionally to sell our family home. I would hire her again at any time.

Ms. Lehner is very professional and reliable. The collaboration has always gone very well and was pleasant. We can only recommend her.
