(es gab nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig Kontakt, wie wir es halt auch erwartet hatten, als wir den Verkauf in andere Hände gaben) Die Liegenschaft wurde in kürzerster Zeit zu einem angemessenen Preis verkauft und alle Geschäfte konnten speditiv erledigt werden.
