Real Estate Agents in Gempen (4145)

In 2024, as an inheritance community, we had to sell the family home in Amriswil TG and commissioned Manuel Grieder, Real Estate, 8803 Rüschlikon for this. We were impressed by how professional and focused the tendering and negotiations were, culminating in a successful conclusion in December. We can only recommend this company. Charles Grieder

I can highly recommend Ms. Ponti and had the best experiences when purchasing an apartment.

Competent, quick, flexible, and professional. I had very good experiences with the sale of my property. The support was competent, professional, and always flexible. Everything was handled promptly and reliably. I would choose this support again at any time and can recommend it without reservation.

Mr. Schlösser was recommended to me as a real estate agent. From the first conversation to the notarization, I was always supported and well advised by Mr. Schlösser. In case of uncertainties, he always provided me with excellent support and helped me find a good solution. I can therefore highly recommend Mr. Schlösser for your real estate sales, with his friendly and well-groomed appearance and his professional support. Erich Aeberhard

We worked with Peter Bloemsma during our search for an apartment in Switzerland and were extremely pleased with his service. He listened to our needs, found properties that matched, and guided us expertly through the legal and regulatory aspects. Peter is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him!”

I recently purchased a house and had the pleasure of working with Ms. Colaku. Her communication was consistently excellent – clear, timely, and always reassuring. She kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured that I felt confident in my decisions. Thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail, the entire process went smoothly and stress-free. Ms. Colaku listened attentively, understood my needs, and provided me with valuable recommendations that helped me find the right property.

Mr. Roland Schwegler is a competent, experienced broker. With his calm, thoughtful manner, he succeeded in finding the right buyers for our house. He always kept us updated about interested parties, which we greatly appreciated. He also made timely recommendations regarding photos and online presence to increase the chances of sale. He managed to ensure that the two tenant families could continue to live in the house under unbroken rental agreements, as we had wished. The processes for the purchase contract up to the signing at the notary went smoothly. We can recommend Mr. Schwegler as a broker at any time. Thank you very much, Roland Schwegler. Best regards: H. Frei

Next time, I would work with Jonathan Greaves again. He did a great job: competent, always informative, and very good manners.
