From the evaluation to the contract signing, everything was excellently organized. We were particularly impressed by his market knowledge in the Basel region. You can immediately feel the experience and passion for real estate. Mr. Albert works efficiently, discreetly, and with a clear plan.

Ramon Stohler was recommended to me by my personal network, and I was completely satisfied with the sale of my apartment. You can immediately tell that the customer is at the center of his focus and that he has many years of experience in the real estate industry. From the valuation of my apartment to the notary appointment and the handover, I always felt well taken care of. I sincerely thank him for the pleasant and professional collaboration.

Friendly and competent – I am very satisfied with the sale of the property and can definitely recommend Ms. Hofmann.

Mr. Pstrick Grieder always listened well to my wishes as a seller. He consistently supported me actively with advice and action. During the negotiations between sale and purchase, he always maintained a conciliatory position, allowing for an agreement to be possible. I gladly recommend Mr. Grieder as a successful broker. Mr. Patrick Grieder worked very professionally, facilitating communication between me as the seller and the respective interested buyers very well. No concern was too small for him to address (breaking into the basement lock with a wire cutter) or to discuss amicably (price). He also coordinated all contractual questions with the notary. He was always friendly and solution-oriented. I can highly recommend Mr. Grieder as a broker and will gladly use his services again when the opportunity arises.
