Mr. Stefan Steiger accompanied me in the sale of my property from start to finish very professionally and unobtrusively. Throughout the entire sales process, my questions were always explained very kindly and understandably - especially since, as an Austrian, I was not very familiar with the Swiss circumstances (laws, language, and authorities), I could fully rely on Mr. Steiger 100%.
We had an excellent experience with Simone. Always available for clarifications and very precise in managing the documentation and the various phases of the purchase. Being our first purchase, we had several questions. We found great availability and patience in providing us with all the necessary explanations.
From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!
With the solid experience and professional approach, the sale of the apartment was handled quickly and successfully.
