From the very first second until the end - and beyond - we experienced Stefan as friendly, knowledgeable, and always professional. The property was systematically and thoroughly evaluated. Two other independent assessments came in at the same price. It was good to know that we were not selling below value, but also that we were not trying to deceive anyone with an inflated price. The entire process was expertly managed and went smoothly. Communication was always timely and purposeful. The experience: simply first class!
The collaboration with Mehmet Kacan from Fanto Immobilien, Suhr, was very pleasant. Thanks to him, I was able to quickly acquire a condominium. The property listing was very attractively illustrated and described, and the 3D tour was extremely helpful in being able to better envision the apartment. Communication was always maintained, and Mr. Kacan was very dedicated and consistently kept in touch with me whenever there were questions or updates. The notary appointment also went smoothly.
