As a US citizen, I was unaware of many of the legalities in selling our property and Lia patiently and thoroughly walked us through the process making it as simple as it could possible be. At any hiccup, she was there on my behalf. I felt completely taken care of with her responsiveness and commitment to making the sales transaction as seamless as possible. In February 2025, we contacted the office. A week later, we met on-site to view the property and exchange information. It became clear that Mr. Bolton was very familiar with the local conditions as well as the local prices and was able to assess the property quite well. The market value estimate was on the desk the next day. For the sale, we provided Mr. Bolton with additional criteria that were crucial for us. Mr. Bolton kept us informed from time to time about the current status. After three months, he wrote to us that he had found interesting buyers who would meet our criteria. After further emails, the transfer date was set. Mr. Bolton executed his task to 100% satisfaction with his expertise, assessment, and implementation of our criteria. We can therefore highly recommend Mr. Bolton as a broker.
