We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back.
