After more than 18 months of unsuccessful apartment hunting, I had almost given up hope – until I met Mr. Dauti. Within just 48 hours, he presented me with a perfect property, organized everything necessary, and guided me through every step: viewings, notary, bank – everything was perfectly prepared. I was particularly impressed that Mr. Dauti was always quickly reachable. Whether it was late evening hours, weekends, or even Sunday – for questions or problems, you could always turn to him. Thanks to him, I was able to become the proud owner of my dream apartment just one month later. Mr. Dauti makes the often stressful path to homeownership incredibly easy. Absolutely recommendable!

Yes, I would highly recommend Mrs. Schwimmer. She is very competent, her advice is valuable, her dynamism and her great human contact are a great asset in her profession.

Very professional and serious handling of the sale. We would consider Mr. Carlo Di Angelo again for another sale or purchase at any time.

Incredibly solution-oriented, always friendly and professional, very quick response behavior, and overall a completely satisfactory support during the sale of our property. Thank you very much, dear Mr. Di Napoli!

We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty. Thank you very much, Mr. Schlatter, absolutely recommendable!

Professional, friendly, always well-informed. Preparation of all documents regarding the sale. Absolutely recommendable.

Isabel and Marcel Breithaupt were very helpful during the viewing of our purchase property and were always very professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Various questions (we were complete beginners in the area of home buying) were answered quickly and competently. We would also like to highlight that Immoleo is completely straightforward, which we greatly appreciate. We can recommend this company 100%.
