Manchmal hatte ich den Eindruck, dass er unter Zeitdruck steht was vielleicht mit der relativ grossen Distanz zwischen seinem Standort und meinem Wohnort zu tun hat. Heute, 2 Jahre nach meinem Einzug in die Wohnung kenne ich den Verkäufer besser und kann mir vorstellen, dass die Position von Herr Ak zwischen Verkäufer und Käufer nicht immer einfach war. Insgesamt hat mich Herr Ak von der ersten Besichtigung bis zum Vertragsabschluss gut begleitet.
