Mr. Ak has a friendly demeanor. He answers clearly posed questions well and competently. Sometimes I had the impression that he was under time pressure, which may have to do with the relatively large distance between his location and my place of residence. Today, 2 years after moving into the apartment, I know the seller better and can imagine that Mr. Ak's position between the seller and the buyer was not always easy. Overall, Mr. Ak accompanied me well from the first viewing to the contract signing.

Der ganze Verkaufsprozess war von Anfang bis Ende hochprofessionell ! Die Präsentation auf den Verkaufsportalen war wirklich extrem gut, vom Liegenschaftsbeschrieb bis zum Video auf YouTube ! Ich war zuvor selbst bemüht, meine Liegenschaft zu verkaufen, dann mithilfe eines bekannten Immobilien-Verkäufers ! Die Resultate waren da, aber bescheiden. Ein Verkauf kam aber nicht zustande. Dann kam ich mit Herrn Wymann zusammen, seine Philosophie hat mich überzeugt. Der erste Kontakt mit einem potentiellen Käufer hat dann auch zum Verkauf geführt !! Glück oder Überzeugung ?
