Very friendly and pleasant demeanor, competent advice uncomplicated in the processing, always happy to return

Very good assessment of needs and personal consultation. Mr. Grieder's market evaluations allow for realistic expectations regarding prices from both the seller's and buyer's side. The preparation of property dossiers and documents is handled professionally.

Calm and thoughtful, demonstrably professionally competent, high-quality work, reliable - Conclusion: Very good work and a positive side effect: We always felt safe and well accompanied by a confident guide.

Arben helped us with everything we needed. This is my first purchase, and I have only been living in Switzerland for barely two years. I had many doubts and apprehensions regarding this purchase, but Arben helped us with everything we needed. Attentive, he responds quickly and efficiently and knows how to get straight to the point: when there was a problem to resolve with the owner, he took care of discussing it and resolving it quickly.
