Ms. Gerber-Cartier has a very professional demeanor. Communication was always correct and courteous (both in dialogue and via email). Questions were answered professionally and in a timely manner. If she could not answer a question directly, she clarified it shortly thereafter. The advice was neutral and, as far as I can judge, objective. Her service was to my complete satisfaction.
