Real Estate Agents in Auvernier (2012)

I particularly appreciated Sébastien's professionalism, his human side, and his great availability throughout this important and unique sale. His responsiveness, honesty, and transparency were valuable assets, just like the quality of his advice and support. A trustworthy, serious, and committed person who perfectly combines professional skills and human qualities. I highly recommend Sébastien for his quality work and impeccable support.

Met for the first time in November 2025 during the appraisal of our apartment, Mr. Palombo distinguished himself by his professionalism, availability, and remarkable knowledge of the local real estate market. I can only recommend his services.

We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We warmly thank him and will gladly recommend him.

We are very satisfied with the support from Ms. Castoldi. She was very available, helpful, attentive, and highly efficient throughout the sale. Thanks to her professionalism, she quickly found buyers for our apartment. We highly recommend her.

We met Mr. Sébastien Maire during an attempt to purchase a condominium apartment. As buyers, we found him extremely pleasant as he presented this apartment in a very precise manner, emphasizing the positive points of course (without dismissing the weaknesses). What we particularly liked was that our visits were conducted without him heavily pushing the advantages, as many salespeople do so unpleasantly. We told ourselves that we would approach Seb'Immo for the sale of our house, which was supposed to follow this purchasing process. That is what we did, with absolute satisfaction. All the visits he organized for the sale of our house went smoothly, with punctuality, care, availability, and courtesy that seem innate to him. He was able to find us the best possible buyers, so perfect, that we didn't even dare to hope for. Bravo Sébastien, best wishes for your business Seb'Immo and THANK YOU for your smiles even during the more "difficult" visits.
