Real Estate Agents in Champsec (1947)

Thank you Valérie for the sale of the house. I recommend Valérie for her professionalism, her attentiveness, and her availability. The property was sold very quickly and at a reasonable price. Complete support until the signing at the notary's office. Thank you for everything!

I recommend Anna Lombardi 100% for her professionalism, kindness, and the perseverance she showed in selling my property at the price I wanted.

Ms. Bovat has a very kind and pleasant demeanor, very attentive, while bouncing back on comments from the seller that seemed to misdirect the sale. She prepared a very serious evaluation file. Then her file for putting the property up for sale was serious, reliable in relation to the reality of the property, and obviously managed to take advantage of a good presentation. I listened to her during a visit; her presentation of the premises and her attentiveness to the potential buyers were very smooth, authentic, and pleasant. She answered questions with patience and kindness.

A big thank you for the management during the purchase of my 2.5-room apartment in Crans-Montana. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness to my requests for additional information (documents, plans, etc.) regarding the property in view of the purchase. Also, excellent follow-up and contact during the step with the notary, and finally, the handover of the keys on site, the ancillary services, and the provision of contacts for my renovation project.

Living abroad, I did not have many contacts. It was my sister and my brother-in-law who took care of everything. But upon our meeting, I greatly appreciated the availability and friendliness of Nicolas Bouilliez. I highly recommend him as an agent. Sincerely, Maryse

Hugues Blatti is a remarkable professional. He was able to interpret our needs and in a very short time he presented us exactly with the type of property we were looking for. Always ready to answer our questions, he did not hesitate to support us proactively during the various steps. We can only thank him for his role in the realization of our project and we highly recommend him to anyone wishing to receive excellent support.

Agent, not only friendly, but very responsive and very available. Answers and processing of files in record time. Excellent support with a lot of good advice, recommendations, and useful contacts.
