Real Estate Agents in Vichères (Liddes) (1945)

I am delighted to confirm a singularly successful transaction under the advice of Miguel Amorin. I have found Miguel to have been consistently knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful - and at all times, most pleasant. I would also observe, as a (recently retired) Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors that I am well placed to present a professional opinion of the service provided and I affirm that I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Valimmobillier and Miguel in particular to any future vendor or purchaser of property in Valais. Thank you Miguel, most heartily.

Agent, not only friendly, but very responsive and very available. Answers and processing of files in record time. Excellent support with a lot of good advice, recommendations, and useful contacts.

I have been looking for my dreaming home for 2 years, it finally came to true only because of Daniel. He is so patient and responsive, without him we would miss our opportunity. He explained me so well about the chalet before the visit, and when we visited the place, it was first love in sight. After we gave our offer, he was always ready to answer any questions for us, even the silly ones, he was so patient. We really appreciated it!

Very friendly person, with whom one can work. Unfortunately, I had to do the visits quite often alone, without her presence. Moreover, Anna has good knowledge of her work, despite the fact that she was unaware that a request for 10% of the sale price could be paid at the time of signing. This would have suited me well... Otherwise, I can only recommend her, as in the end, the property was sold!

The professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Polat allowed us to finalize the sale of our property in a very short time frame. His availability, insightful advice, and kindness were invaluable support throughout the sales process. I can only recommend his services and the Foti Immobilier agency that he represents.
