Stéphane was very available to answer all our questions. And this even on weekends or during his vacations. He also conducted research and requested estimates for potential upcoming work. He was also very good advice and a good communicator with the notary. On a personal level, he was understanding and patient (currently, the delays with financial institutions are incredibly long). We never felt the pressure that some real estate agents can put on a buyer. He was the best intermediary we could wish for with our seller.
