It was mainly due to the competence of its broker, Mrs. Chevallier, who allowed me to complete a transaction with the following added values: - Realistic property valuation range from the start (my estimate was not in line with the market price) - Eye-catching advertising presentation of the property - Effective selection of potential buyers based on neighbors / co-owners - Research of legal elements / land registry / notary relieving me and saving me time - And finally, the cherry on top, the bottle of champagne upon handing over the keys to the satisfaction of the former and new owner.
