Real Estate Agents in Villars-sur-Ollon (1884)

From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!

We were able to sell our house thanks to Sadry's expertise and professionalism. His help was invaluable throughout the sale. A huge thank you!

Excusez-moi si j’écrivais en anglais! David has been the manager of our co-propriété for many years and reluctantly we had to sell this year. His service as manager was excellent but he has gone beyond the expected level of service in helping us to sell our property. Nothing has been too much trouble. A well deserved 5 star plus review!!!

A lightning-fast sale and impeccable follow-up! A huge thank you to Romaine for her exceptional professionalism. She was incredibly responsive, always available, and remarkably efficient. Thanks to her excellent work, the sale of my property was truly a flash! I wholeheartedly recommend her for her attentiveness and dynamism.

First experience with Follonier FM and everything went very well, from our first emails to the finalization of the file as well as the support throughout, I give 5* I can only recommend!

Seven stars for Michael Bregy! From the very first contact, we felt very well taken care of by Michael. He accompanied us through the entire purchasing process with great warmth, patience, and professionalism – even when the procedures became more complicated. We would particularly like to highlight his reliability and availability. He always responded very promptly to our questions, explained everything clearly, and never left us alone at any point. You can really tell that he does his work with a lot of commitment and heart. If we were to buy a property again, it would always be with Michael Bregy. An absolute recommendation and a big thank you for the great support!

Very patient, persistent, precise, and reliable are Roxane's qualities. We are eternally grateful to her for accompanying us on this once-in-a-lifetime purchase. It was not so simple during the height of Covid and with a hesitant seller with whom we were able to create enough of a connection, thanks to Roxane, to ultimately conclude the transaction.
