This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.
Daniel was very helpful during our search for apartment, answering all our questions and accommodating his schedule to allow us visiting the apartment at very short notice. He gathered the information we needed very quickly, and coordinated with the notary for an effective purchase. He continued supporting us throughout the purchase operation and beyond.
