Real Estate Agents in Treyvaux (1733)

On the path that led us to the acquisition of our dreams, we had the chance to meet Mr. Eric Menoud and to benefit not only from his rich experience in the real estate market but especially to have established with him a privileged relationship based on trust. Notably through his dynamism, his proactive listening, his transparency towards us, and his professionalism, Eric decisively contributed to the realization of our project in Fribourg. A big thank you to him and his entire team for their valuable collaboration. With our warmest regards.

We were very pleased with Mr. Raboud's services. He listened to us, he valued our house at its fair price which allowed us to sell it in a very short time. He managed the relationship with the notary in an optimal way; for each of our questions, he was very responsive. We were delighted with his services, we can say that he is competent, efficient, and friendly. We wish him many successful years in real estate.

Mr. Buhlmann's human approach and high level of knowledge of the local market allowed me to sell my villa quickly. Demonstrating great availability, it was a pleasure to have him as an agent. He took care of everything from A to Z brilliantly! The buyers also appreciated him a lot, which quickly established a climate of trust.

We had commissioned Mrs. Buhlmann for the valuation of our house and for its sale a few months later. Efficient and enterprising, she helped us sell our property calmly, anticipating all the administrative details up to the final conclusion of the sale. Her expertise and in-depth knowledge of the market allowed us to sell in the best time frame. Indeed, we had very little time, and she was able to meet this challenge with professionalism and a lot of enthusiasm. We were touched by her human and caring approach throughout the sales process and can only recommend her. Once again, a big thank you Peggy from the whole family!
