We experienced Richard Amacher as a very experienced and competent broker. In addition to his professionalism and market expertise, his human approach made the collaboration very pleasant. His advice, commitment, communication, and transparency throughout the entire process were extremely valuable to us.

We called upon Mr. Schöpfer for the sale of our apartment. Mr. Schöpfer completely satisfied us; he was very available, quick, efficient, and attentive to our needs. Everything went very well, from the first very friendly contact to the sale. He supported us throughout the entire process, and we recommend him to everyone. Mr. Schöpfer is a trustworthy person, and we thank him. We wish him great success in his business.

Mr. Bossi demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. He was able to listen to us, understand our needs and constraints in order to finalize this sale. He was always available, even after the sale, to assist us with the various procedures. It was very pleasant to work with Mr. Bossi, whom we highly recommend.

The collaboration with Mr. Ak was open, very professional, especially the listing of my apartment was perfect. I would gladly recommend Mr. Ak.

I felt very well taken care of at Trendwerk. Many thanks to Marc Fiano for his professional and straightforward collaboration. I also thank Marco Reist for the creation of the professional sales dossier. I greatly appreciated the uncomplicated communication and the quick feedback. If I ever have a property to sell again, I already know who I will turn to! Thank you for your efforts and continued success!

Competent, dedicated, and responsive real estate agent. Mrs. Probst accompanied me for the purchase of my house, from the first visit to the appointment with the notary. She was able to answer all my questions. A very pleasant collaboration.

Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.
