She took over all organizational tasks (photo appointments, ad placements, viewing appointments, buyer negotiations, notary, bank, etc.). This kept my effort for the house sale to an absolute minimum. We even exceeded my expected selling price and adhered to the timeline for the deed as planned. At no time did I feel pressured to do anything. My decisions were always respected and implemented according to my wishes. For most decisions, I was presented with several options. Ms. Gerber-Cartier works part-time with fixed weekdays. A backup was always reachable. I can recommend Ms. Gerber-Cartier without reservation. It was a pleasure.

We bought a chalet with Alison's help in October 2025. A very productive experience, Alison informed us in a professional manner and I always felt that I was treated fairly, even though the commission is paid, as usual, by the seller. Alison accompanied us during several on-site visits, she inquired with local authorities or businesses to bring us answers and solutions to our questions. Alison also managed the price negotiation period very well, keeping the dialogue open, even though the exchanges between me and the seller were 'charged'.
