I had to sell my house quickly in view of another purchase. Mr. Chesaux was able to sell at the best price to complete the sale as quickly as possible. And manage the uncertainties of real estate sales: the first buyer did not obtain their financing, but Mr. Chesaux did not stop at the first potential buyer and had established a list, so the sale could be concluded quickly with another buyer.
We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested.
