Real Estate Agents in Ursins (1412)

First real estate purchase, so naturally a lot of questions, some concerns... and a good dose of stress! Fortunately, we were able to rely on their authenticity, their listening skills, and their honesty. Their support was incredibly reliable and allowed us to move forward with complete confidence. In short, a successful first real estate experience, and without needing to double our coffee consumption! ☕😄

Excellent throughout the visit to the sale and afterwards I can only recommend!

Before selling what real estate professionals call an "atypical property", I thought it would take time. With her magnificent work, Amélie was able to evoke the same "crush" that made us choose this house 20 years ago... and allowed for a very quick sale! A big thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

He recommended a visit to the property even though I was not very impressed by the listing. He was able to identify my expectations and needs since, in the end, I fell in love with the property. He was not pushy during the visit, unlike some of his colleagues. He simply let us visit the property, allowing us to envision ourselves there. I appreciated his naturalness and humanity.

I highly recommend this real estate agent! She has an excellent knowledge of the local market, which has been a real asset throughout my project. Her mastery of all aspects of the sale is impressive: every step was managed with professionalism and efficiency. Always available and attentive, she was able to answer all my questions and reassure me when necessary. Her commitment, responsiveness, and attention to detail really make a difference. Very competent, serious, and personable, I would not hesitate for a second to use her services again. An impeccable experience from start to finish!

Available, honest, and friendly. Easy to communicate with Mr. Boiteux, who immediately understands our expectations and concerns.
