Real Estate Agents in Juriens (1326)

Agency to recommend for the very good follow-up of the file and who finds solutions for both the seller and the buyer. Also very good advice regarding the property valuation. Close and attentive to its clients. Each file is handled personally and adapts to each situation. The fee for the agency is not a burden, but a profitable investment to benefit from its many services and to avoid wasting time unnecessarily with other less effective solutions.

M. Quintas is very professional and understands the expectations of clients. He is also very responsive and friendly.

Working with Cédric Lecoultre to sell a property to which we were sentimentally attached was a very strong event, close to confidence and friendship, due to his objective perspective, making him as sensitive as we were to the charm and value of our property. We were listened to, understood, advised, supported, and ultimately extremely satisfied with the sale we entrusted to him. We can only recommend Cédric Lecoultre. In short, to come out happy from a sale that was successful in every way, without hesitation, he is your man.

I entrusted Xavier with the sale of several apartments in Switzerland and I am extremely satisfied with his support. He demonstrated great professionalism, excellent market knowledge, and unwavering availability throughout the process. I particularly appreciated his ability to conduct negotiations with intelligence and firmness, while maintaining a constructive dialogue between the parties. He always defended my interests with transparency, discernment, and efficiency. Beyond his professional qualities, Xavier is a trustworthy person, very pleasant, and fully engaged. I recommend him without the slightest hesitation to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Lia Carpenter is not only professional but communicative and personable as well. As a US citizen, I was unaware of many of the legalities in selling our property and Lia patiently and thoroughly walked us through the process making it as simple as it could possible be. At any hiccup, she was there on my behalf. I felt completely taken care of with her responsiveness and commitment to making the sales transaction as seamless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate in making recommendations for her expertise in both assisting the buyer or seller and I will keep in touch with her should I ever need help with another real estate transaction. She found the perfect buyer and I couldn't be more thrilled knowing the new owner will love the apartment as I did!
