We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We warmly thank him and will gladly recommend him.

Madame Alder is a very committed person and professional. She demonstrates great skills both in her relational and human attitudes as well as in her technical approach to sales. She stands out for her kindness, active listening, availability, punctuality, responsiveness, and her "solution" orientation! Her interventions were of high quality, demonstrating great respect for my private sphere, allowing me to entrust her with my full confidence! I can only recommend collaborating with Madame Alder.

I loved working with Julien Burkhalter for the sale of my apartment in Bournens. Efficient, precise, proactive, and always good advice, Julien demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process. Our exchanges were always smooth, constructive, and enriching. But what really sets him apart is his personality. Julien is an authentic, open, attentive, and deeply human person. He knows how to create a true bond of trust, both with his clients and with potential buyers. A sincere and natural approach that makes all the difference in this profession. I recommend him wholeheartedly and warmly thank him for his excellent work. A great man, in every sense of the word, whom I predict a very bright career in real estate.

Madame Jurgens was very proactive during the sale negotiation that was completed in 10 days. We thank her for her professionalism, determination, and availability throughout this period.

Yasmina was a very pleasant, helpful, and dedicated broker for the purchase we recently made. Always attentive, she was able to answer all the questions asked. Thank you and well done.
