Real Estate Agents in Bassins (1269)

We requested an appraisal of our property before purchase. Ms. Lachenal accompanied us in this process with a lot of professionalism. We were particularly impressed by her responsiveness and her attentiveness to our needs. The service allowed us to reassure ourselves about our purchasing decision and to understand the market better. I recommend!!!

She is a very professional and warm person. The file was well managed and she remained very present throughout the follow-up. A big thank you

Julia understood our expectations and criteria from the very beginning, which allowed us to find a house that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We particularly appreciated her listening skills, availability, and especially the relevance of her proposals: she perfectly targeted the properties that were likely to suit us, without multiplying unnecessary visits. Her support did not stop at the acquisition. She also provided excellent follow-up afterwards, particularly by recommending quality architects for our projects and remaining available when we needed her. We recommend Julia without hesitation and sincerely thank her for her help in acquiring our home!

Mr. Babilon provided us with good advice during the sale of our property and maintained a good relationship between the seller and buyer during the negotiation phase. Our trust was confirmed. All parties felt fairly represented in the contract processing.

Valérie came to our home to understand our needs and desires for the sale. She took a tour of the apartment while taking photos. She is very professional. She handled the viewings while keeping us informed of the feedback. We recommend her without hesitation. Thank you

Mr. Medina was very professional. He worked intelligently to reconcile the seller and the buyer. He was transparent, allowing the buyer's artisans to control everything well. Friendly and open, easy to contact, straightforward in his thinking, the operation was able to be completed quickly (in less than a month). Everyone thus benefited. Bravo and thank you.
