Real Estate Agents in Bière (1145)

We had the pleasure of being accompanied by Didier Michaux for our real estate project, and we are fully satisfied with it. Mr. Michaux is a very professional real estate agent, perfectly informed about the property he presents. He takes the time to answer all questions accurately and provides excellent advice throughout the process. Very available, smiling, friendly, and always courteous, he immediately instills confidence and creates a pleasant atmosphere. One quickly feels at ease thanks to his listening skills and professionalism. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a competent and personable real estate agent.

Madame Candice Pasche is a highly experienced professional with very strong negotiation skills. She is someone who never wants to lose: she always wants to succeed. In addition, she is quick in her responses, very courteous in her communications, and very flexible. She keeps in touch with clients, which does not give her clients time to go elsewhere to her competitors in sales. I found her to be very strategic in her communications and professional approaches: indeed, she always achieves her goals, which makes her extremely effective, a quality I have never encountered in other agents.

We were delighted to work with Mr. Tissot for the purchase of our apartment. He was always kind, responsive, and fair in all our exchanges. We particularly appreciated his availability and flexibility. He was able to adapt to our schedule by offering several viewings, including in the evening and on weekends. We also greatly appreciated his support throughout the process. Mr. Tissot provided us with very useful information and played an excellent role as an intermediary between us and the real estate developer. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a property in the area.

Mr. Bossi demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. He was able to listen to us, understand our needs and constraints in order to finalize this sale. He was always available, even after the sale, to assist us with the various procedures. It was very pleasant to work with Mr. Bossi, whom we highly recommend.

Throughout the transaction, Ms. Janick Steiner demonstrated herself to be a person fully invested in her work. She is a very professional broker, available at all times, who gained our trust through her listening skills and advice. We will also remember her warm approach, her smile, and her optimism. During the final steps with the buyers, we particularly appreciated her effectiveness in defending our interests and quickly bringing this last stage to a successful conclusion. We sincerely thank her for her quality support and wish her much success in the continuation of her activities. 5/5 T&M Karlen

The sale of our building in Mézière went smoothly. Bastien was able to manage the file methodically and remained available when we needed him. The exchanges were simple and efficient up to the signing in April 2024. A reassuring management for this type of property.

Everything went very well. Christelle Bonnet did an excellent job presenting my house, which attracted several buyers. She was also very efficient in quickly organizing visits and she quickly received several offers, including one at the asking price, which I therefore accepted. Thank you again and congratulations to Christelle Bonnet.
