Arben helped us with everything we needed. This is my first purchase, and I have only been living in Switzerland for barely two years. I had many doubts and apprehensions regarding this purchase, but Arben helped us with everything we needed. Attentive, he responds quickly and efficiently and knows how to get straight to the point: when there was a problem to resolve with the owner, he took care of discussing it and resolving it quickly.
I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Bardy during the sale of my apartment. We connected immediately: she is a very pleasant person, attentive, who was able to instill confidence in me from our first exchanges. She understood the attachment I had to this property and accompanied me with great kindness and professionalism throughout the process. I thought the sale would take time, but thanks to her efficiency and seriousness, my apartment was sold in just a month. I highly recommend Ms. Bardy for her professionalism, commitment, and sense of service. I sincerely thank her again for her support.
Buying a house is an important step, and we were very fortunate to be accompanied by Adrien Désormière for our project in Vésenaz. He was available, clear, reassuring, and always provided good advice. His involvement and seriousness allowed us to move forward with complete confidence. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable and committed real estate agent.
Gianluca Chindamo from Schenk Immobilien was responsible for the sale of my property and was my point of contact. The collaboration with Gianluca was very professional yet very warm. Gianluca managed the sale from the first viewing to the signing and accompanied it excellently. No one could have done it better than he did. Thank you very much, Gianluca, I wish you continued success.
