Real Estate Agencies in Vollèges

We have been very happy with the service provided by Monsieur Bouilliez for the sale of our house. From the start of the process until the the end and any follow up he has been helpful and friendly. This made the experience go smoothly with good communication between ourselves, Nicolas and the buyers. Many thanks

Mr. Bouilliez was both a friendly and efficient intermediary. Unable to travel to Switzerland for the transaction, he personally took care of signing the deed of sale with my power of attorney. The property was sold at the price I had requested within a rather short period (less than six months). Mr. Bouilliez also arranged for two movers, two electrical companies, and a cleaning company, including all of this in his commission. I was therefore completely satisfied with his service and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property.

We were able to acquire our dream place in Valais thanks to Mr. Bouilliez. The experience was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive and accommodating and supported us with professionalism and kindness throughout the process. A service 💯 for 💯 satisfying.

I recently sold my chalet located in Cries (Vollèges) through the agency AB Immobilier, and I want to highlight the excellence of their service. The sale of a property of this magnitude — comprising 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large living and service areas — requires a technical mastery that Nicolas Bouiliez possesses perfectly. What made the difference: Regulatory mastery: Nicolas knows the complex legislation regarding sales by and to foreigners in Valais inside out. This expertise was a major asset in reassuring buyers and facilitating exchanges. Local anchoring: his deep knowledge of real estate in the Verbier region and the Val de Bagnes allows for an accurate valuation and effective promotion of the property. Trust climate: Thanks to his extensive experience in transactions, the entire process took place in total serenity. I highly recommend Nicolas Bouiliez and AB Immobilier to anyone seeking professional, transparent, and highly qualified support for a real estate transaction in the region.

Full trust in Dubimo and Mr. Dübi. It is thanks to this agency that my construction company was able to offload the sales part and can focus on the rest. Recommendation without hesitation.

I would like to highlight the excellent work of Ms. Peggy Bühlmann in the sale of my villa. Her professional, meticulous, and precise approach created a climate of trust and led to a swift conclusion of the transaction. I sincerely thank her for the quality of her support and recommend her commitment without reservation.
