Real Estate Agencies in Trimmis

I handled the sale of my property with two apartments through Schilt Immobilien and was very satisfied with the entire collaboration. From the first meeting to the successful completion, the sale was accompanied in a professional, reliable, and straightforward manner. I particularly appreciated the personal support, the good accessibility, and the open communication throughout the entire sales process. Whenever I had questions, I received competent and understandable information at any time. I would hire Schilt Immobilien again at any time and can confidently recommend the team.

We were very satisfied with how Ms. Walder took care of us as interested parties and ultimately as buyers. Good accessibility and very quick response to inquiries/questions. Very flexible in responding regarding multiple viewing appointments. In the end, it was a tough but fair negotiation. Overall 5 stars.

In July 2025, we were able to purchase a property through the company Immobilienkompetenz Graubünden (bidding process). Very honest and open communication. Ms. Walder advocated for us as the buyers and arranged all necessary appointments. Highly recommend.

I felt extremely well advised by Ms. Walder. All questions were answered in detail, and I was informed about every step of the sales process. I particularly appreciated the personal support and the commitment with which Ms. Walder took care of all the details. I can only recommend Ms. Walder!
