During the course of the conversation, we noticed that things were proceeding differently than usual. We did not feel any rush or pressure during the viewing. He created an atmosphere of calm and sympathy, which made things much easier. After the visit with guidance, we had the opportunity to explore the property ourselves. Walking through the property alone is a great advantage. Processing impressions again, without outside ears, discussing, and perhaps already setting up a bit are important points. I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed.
