We were recommended to Chris Schneider by a friend. From the first conversation to the completion of our real estate transaction, we felt well taken care of at all times. After Mr. Schneider found a suitable buyer for our apartment in Kriens, they first had to sell their own house near Thun. However, the responsible local agent was unable to do this for five months. Mr. Schneider then took over the case personally and successfully sold the house within a few weeks. This allowed us to finally complete our transaction. Throughout the entire process, we were always kept informed transparently and regularly. Even the organization of the clearance and cleaning was taken care of for us. Since we live in Valais and the notarization took place in Lucerne, Mr. Schneider even signed on our behalf. We really didn't have to worry about anything.
